Terms of use

These terms cover this website. The platform is provided under a separate written agreement with each institution — nothing on this page creates a right to use it.

Effective

Version
1.0

Draft pending legal review. This document describes our actual practice accurately, but it has not yet been reviewed by counsel and is not a final contractual instrument. It will be replaced with a reviewed version before we take on any customer data.

1 · Scope

These terms govern your use of https://kaniyan.ai and its content. The kaniyan AI Platform is not available through this website and is provided only under an executed services agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

2 · The content on this site

We publish writing, diagrams and technical descriptions in good faith and keep them accurate. They are informational: they are not professional, legal or engineering advice, and they do not constitute a representation or warranty about the platform’s capabilities in any particular deployment.

Where we describe a capability, we mark whether it is built, partial or planned. If you are relying on a capability for a decision, ask us to confirm its current status in writing rather than inferring it from a page.

3 · Intellectual property

The kaniyan name, the mark, and the design and software of this site are ours. Written content is © kaniyan.ai and may be quoted with attribution and a link; it may not be republished in full or used to train a model without written permission.

4 · Acceptable use

You may not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system reachable from this site;
  • probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure without written authorisation (we welcome coordinated disclosure — see our security page);
  • scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors.

5 · No warranty, and limits

This website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits obligations we owe a customer under their platform agreement.

6 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
